If you have an idea for your event (big or small) and would like a custom quote, please contact me and I will work with you to come up with something perfect for your celebration!
If we have already discussed your order and you are ready to book it, please refer to the custom promo code I have sent you. This will adjust the price at check out to our agreed upon quote.
Your promo code has been made just for you, and can only be used by you for one day.
If you haven't received a code from me, it may be because the quote is unfinished and still needs approval.

Shipping from Canada
Canada Post and UPS. All items are shipped with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please notify me immediately. I do request that items be sent back to me via registered mail, and that the customer pays shipping costs for returns.
Additional
I am willing to do custom work but it will depend on the time of year and how much time I am given to complete and ship the item. Keep that in mind if this is a last minute gift, thanks!
